Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5+ years of assembly experience.
  • 1–3+ years of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shop floor assembly operations to meet targets.
  • Coach and support assembly team members hands-on.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, maintain flow.
  • Ensure work is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards.
  • Train new team members and reinforce SOPs.
  • Communicate needs and issues with supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Maintain accountability for team performance and company policies.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of assembly experience required.
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years of lead or supervisory experience required
What Sets You Apart:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and build team morale.
  • Familiarity with Encompix and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and small power tools.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
