Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking a friendly and proactive Shift Lead to manage daily operations, guide the scoop squad, and ensure guest experiences stay sweet.

You’ll own the shift from open to close, handle cash and deposits accurately, run pre-shift huddles, train new team members, and maintain standards when the SM or AM is out. Qualifications

• Food/retail experience is a plus, not required.
