Overview

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and cleanliness in the park.
• Strive to meet sales goals and assist with guest services.
• Host birthday parties and events on a day-to-day basis.
• Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts.
• Provide great customer service, be self-motivated and self-disciplined, and work well with a team.

Compensation and Perks

Team Leads earn up to $20/hour and have opportunities to earn tips, bonuses, and commissions in addition to regular wages.
