Job summary

Get Air Waterloo is hiring a Team Lead to ensure a safe, high-energy experience for guests at our trampoline park. You’ll lead a small team, promote safety, and help guests have the best day ever while supporting park goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and the ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends. Growth opportunities and employee perks accompany on-the-job training and team events.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and cleanliness in the park.

• Host birthday and group parties with enthusiasm.
• Support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We're looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.
