Job summary

Get Air Charlottesville is seeking a Team Lead to promote safety and cleanliness in our trampoline park, help meet sales goals, and host birthday parties on a day-to-day basis.

You will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager, bring self-motivation and leadership, and enjoy on-the-job training and growth opportunities; earn tips and commissions on top of your $14.77/hr base.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Leadership and people-skills demonstrated in prior roles.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and cleanliness in the park.
• Help meet sales goals and host birthday parties on a day-to-day basis.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.
