Job summary

Get Air Huntington Beach is seeking a Team Lead to promote safety, ensure top-notch customer service, and help drive sales in a fast-paced entertainment park. You will support park operations, oversee shifts, and lead a motivated team to create memorable experiences for guests.

The role offers opportunities for growth, with tips, bonuses, and commissions on top of base wages. You will be part of a fun team where jumping and a great culture are part of the everyday.

Get Air Team Leads can expect to promote safety and cleanliness in the park, strive to meet sales goals, and to host parties on a day-to-day basis. Team Leads will support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals and overseeing shifts. We’re looking for someone who can provide great customer service, is self-motivated and self-disciplined, has some supervisory or leadership experience, and is excited to work with a great team.

Employees have many opportunities to earn tips, bonuses and commissions on top of their regular wages, making earning potential limitless (base hourly rate is $18.25/hr, can earn up to $23 with tips and commissions).
