Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily shop operations, guide a scoop squad, and ensure exceptional guest service during busy shifts. You will own shift decisions, coach teammates, and maintain cash handling accuracy while upholding standards.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, hands-on training, and a fun, values-driven workplace. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends, with opportunities to develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
