Job summary

Team CDJR in Merrillville, IN is seeking an Experienced Sales Specialist to join our Gurley Leep Automotive Family. If you enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right vehicle, we want to hear from you!

In a no-haggle, customer-centric environment, you will welcome buyers, assess needs, explain payment options, and guide them through the purchase while ensuring a smooth handoff to Service for ongoing vehicle needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Automobile Sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable/clean driving record.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
