Job summary

Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart, Indiana, is seeking a Sales Specialist to guide customers through the car-buying journey with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional experience.

You will help clients select vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget, clearly explain features and financing options, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, while smoothly transitioning customers to the Service Department for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
