Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store floor operations, energize the team, and deliver an engaging guest experience. You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and drive urgency and focus during shifts.

Responsibilities include onboarding new teammates, coaching performance, managing tasks, and maintaining merchandising standards while supporting promotions and events. 18+ years old with 1–2 years retail experience is required; 10–20 hours/week availability, including weekends

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Available to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Help maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards consistently.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
