Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone – Loyalty to lead coachable teammates, build strong athlete relationships, and drive loyalty engagement in-store. You’ll deliver fast, friendly checkout while mentoring staff and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across the loyalty program and services.

As a leader, you’ll forecast staffing needs, conduct training, manage schedules, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by advising on products and services.
• Lead a team, hire, onboard, and coach teammates to meet goals.
• Develop schedules and plans to meet store objectives and payroll targets.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention and SOPs while delivering engagement.
