Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by informing customers about products and services.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards on the floor.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Assist with 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities.
• Help plan staffing, budgets, and schedules for operations and merchandising.
• Execute plans and adjust as needed to meet goals.
• Lead as Head Coach during store operations, including opening/closing.
• Communicate goals to teammates and assign workload effectively.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet payroll and financial targets.
• Build and lead a strong team and drive athlete engagement.
