Thrivent Kenosha seeks a Team-Based Financial Advisor to learn and develop alongside Lead Advisors, focusing on mentorship, licensing, and field training.

During the first 8–13 weeks, you study for and obtain licenses (Life, Health, Annuity, SIE, Series 6/63/7/66 or 7/63/65). After licensing, you may enroll in a 6-week training program and start building your book of business with guidance from the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Learn and understand the operation of the practice and build a client book.
• Participate in Joint Fieldwork to gain experience and learn best-practices.
• Meet with new and existing clients to build relationships and grow business.
• Solicit and sell appropriate products, complete applications, and service existing clients.
• Position products and strategies to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Build proficiency with tools and platforms like Salesforce.
• Attend events to attract new clients and provide financial education to the local community.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios.
