Job summary

Thrivent Financial Advisor role in Wisconsin offers a chance to guide Christians on financial clarity through personal, actionable advice and Thrivent products. Start with up to 14 weeks of training to obtain state licenses, Series 7/66, and onboarding, then earn income through commissions and incentives based on success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check and licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term relationships based on trust and understanding.
• Schedule client appointments, deliver financial workshops, and market your practice.
