Thrivent is seeking a Team-Based Financial Advisor in the Dixon area to learn from Lead Advisors, receive mentorship, training, and support while building a client book and advancing toward a partner role.

Initial in-office presence is expected, with licensing over 8–13 weeks and a comprehensive training program after licensing. The role focuses on development and serving clients with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and integrity with confidential information are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the entire operation of the practice.
• Participate in joint fieldwork to build expertise and learn best practices.
• Meet with clients to build a book of business and grow relationships.
