Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• After licensing and training, you’ll start building your book of business with the ultimate goal of joining the sponsoring team in the traditional financial advisor role.
• Learn and understand the entire operation of practice and participate in joint fieldwork to build expertise.
• Meet with new and existing clients to grow relationships, solicit and sell appropriate products, and service existing clients/contracts.
