Thrivent in Kenosha, WI seeks a Team-Based Financial Advisor to grow client relationships and learn the business under mentorship. You’ll receive training, licensing support and a platform to develop your career with guidance from Lead Advisors.

After licensing, you’ll build your book of business, meet clients, and drive financial solutions while advancing toward the traditional advisor role within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Strong computer aptitude and proficiency with business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Learn and understand the operation of the practice.
• Meet with clients to build a book of business and grow relationships.
• Solicit and sell appropriate products and complete applications.
• Position products, services, and strategies to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios.
