Job summary

Apex Financial Group in Manitowoc, WI, a Thrivent practice, is hiring a Team-Based Financial Advisor. This full-time, in-office role focuses on learning and development with mentorship from Lead Advisors while building a client book. Licensing, training, and joint fieldwork lead to ownership potential and a strong commission structure.

You’ll engage in licensing programs, client meetings, and ongoing education to grow advisory skills and serve clients with integrity and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Licensing in relevant securities and insurance areas may be required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build your book of business with mentorship and joint fieldwork.
• Meet with clients to build relationships and solicit/servce products.
• Position products and services to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Schedule, prep, and document client meetings and transactions.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios and learn best practices.
