Job summary

You’ll learn under experienced advisors, build a book of business, and work with clients to provide financial guidance and product recommendations. Licensing through training is provided, with a base revenue package plus commission potential.

You will join a supportive team, receive mentorship, and participate in joint fieldwork to develop skills and client coverage while serving the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check and securities licensing verification.
• Licensing and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build your book of business with the goal of joining the sponsoring team.
• Meet with clients to build relationships and grow the book of business.
• Solicit and sell appropriate products and complete applications.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios.
• Schedule, prep, and document client meetings.
