Thrivent is seeking a motivated financial advisor to build and grow a client-centered practice in Minnesota. You will provide personalized financial guidance, connect clients with Thrivent products, and develop lasting relationships in your community.

As part of Thrivent, you’ll receive training, licensing support, and ongoing onboarding. You’ll control your schedule while benefiting from a collaborative culture and specialist support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses before contracting.
• Background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance verification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding clients on financial clarity and service.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and communities.
• Schedule client appointments through network and Thrivent’s reputation, and deliver workshops.
• Collaborate with specialists across the organization to support clients and growth.
