Job summary

Thrivent Financial advisor role in Minnesota offers you the chance to build a Christ-centered financial practice. You’ll provide clear, personal guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products while cultivating lasting relationships in your community.

You’ll start with up to 14 weeks of paid training to obtain state licenses and finish Thrivent’s onboarding. You’ll have control over your income through commissions and incentives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
• Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations based on trust and understanding.
