Thrivent in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Team-Based Financial Advisor for a hybrid role (3–5 days in the office). This position emphasizes learning and development with mentorship from Lead Advisors and joint field work to help you grow your client practice.

You will meet clients, explain investments, insurance, retirement options, and generosity initiatives, while building a local network and working toward a partner role within the sponsoring team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential clients to build long-term relationships.
• Educating clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about investments, insurance, retirement and generosity.
• Developing a local network with nonprofits, churches and businesses for future growth.
• Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor.
