The Position

The Opportunity

In this position, you will take ownership of integrating new employees within the teams they support to ensure a positive experience and effective connection to resources needed for success. This role involves building and maintaining partnerships across US local and global organizations and staying updated on current events and initiatives that impact the teams.

This role requires broad experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures. You will work independently on assignments related to Finance and Commercial Operations, exercising discretion and judgment. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving department functions, leading or participating in projects, and acting as a subject matter expert to other administrative partners.

  1. Manage the preparation processes for internal and external meetings, including logistics.
  2. Build and maintain strategic relationships within the business to leverage company resources and drive effectiveness.
  3. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions within the department.
  4. Prepare and initiate routine and non-routine correspondence and memoranda.
  5. Support candidate interviewing and new hire onboarding activities.
  6. Lead or coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  7. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for N-3 Leaders.
  8. Strategically manage leaders’ time, seeking opportunities to reprioritize and maximize effectiveness.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least two years of administrative experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

  • Actively contribute to a high-performing, thriving team culture.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and planning skills, handling multiple functions simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess advanced technical skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Concur, Workday).
  • Exercise proactive problem-solving, exercising independent judgment, handling confidential information, and demonstrating analytical skills and attention to detail.

Relocation benefits are not available for this position. The expected salary range for Indianapolis, IN is $55,400 to $102,800, with actual pay based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. A discretionary bonus may be available, and the position qualifies for benefits detailed below.
