Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to promote our colleague-first culture.
  2. Act as a key interface with local specialists and project management to ensure successful job execution.
  3. Engage with customers to maximize satisfaction.
  4. Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, documenting all change orders and costs.
  5. Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Basic project management experience in technical environments (building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems).
  • Developing financial management skills.
  • Leadership qualities, including mentoring and guiding others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience (not required):

  • 3-5 years in engineering, field service, or project management
  • Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
  • Previous supervisory experience
