We offer a salary range of 1600 - 1800 EUR gross (based on experience) plus a quarterly bonus based on KPI execution (up to 3000 EUR gross).

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SCM specialists by handling data-intensive tasks, especially where advanced Excel skills or automation are needed.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline planning processes.
  • Pull, clean, and consolidate data from various systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, forecasting tools) into clear, actionable reports.
  • Create dashboards to provide real-time supply chain visibility to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing materials and reports for sales and demand planning meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between SCM and sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Help structure demand and supply data logically to support effective analysis, without taking ownership of final planning decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

Key Competencies & Qualities

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, macros, and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional and multicultural collaboration.
  • Familiarity with supply chain or demand planning concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented personality with a structured approach to data and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure—keeping up to speed and managing change in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.
