No prior expertise is required; UNF provides training, mentoring, and opportunities to develop new skills including Canvas LMS, video production, and accessibility support.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication with a customer service mindset.
• Technical skills with MS Office, MS Teams, web browsers, and the ability to quickly learn and support new software and educational technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizations, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, virtual, and face-to-face faculty support.
• Provide basic computer technical support and troubleshooting.
• Assist faculty with navigating educational technologies, including Canvas LMS and other digital teaching tools, by providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support instructional design, accessibility, and course development initiatives.
• Assist with creative projects, including video production and editing, graphic design, web design, and multimedia production.
• Assist Office of Teaching and Learning staff with a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for improving documentation, processes, workflows, and support services.
