Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, leadership, instructional design, or related field; 7+ years in faculty development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education teaching and faculty development.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based teaching practices and pedagogical innovation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Faculty Support Manager and Lead Instructional Designer to enhance learning opportunities for faculty based on needs and goals.
• Provide support and develop college-level support plans for course and program review.
• Promote and support the integration of innovative pedagogical approaches and digital learning tools.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate data on teaching effectiveness and student outcomes; assist in designing assessments.
• Work with academic departments, IT services, and library to support faculty development and instructional initiatives.
• Manage CTL staff and resources; seek external funding to support initiatives; prepare reports for senior leadership.
