Job summary

Randolph College Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support professional development for Randolph educators. The role reports to the Director and focuses on coordinating learning opportunities for faculty.

This half-time position emphasizes collaboration, logistics, and design of educational initiatives within a liberal arts college context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborate and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to engage in difficult conversations.
• Knowledge of teaching and learning in liberal arts contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support for faculty professional development.
• Collaborate with campus partners to develop, sustain, and assess educational development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with research, innovations, and emerging frameworks in teaching and learning, specifically those most relevant to liberal arts educational contexts.
• Provide support to faculty designing courses and assessing learning outcomes.
• Contribute to Center for Teaching and Learning communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning.
