Essential Functions:

• Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain attractive classroom displays and an informative Parent Board.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Manage effective classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities, using positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
• Complete all classroom paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify classroom or school issues and collaborate with lead teachers and directors to resolve them.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Experience in the child care industry preferred.
