Essential Functions:

• Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain attractive and current classroom displays and an informative Parent Board.
• Implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Manage effective classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities, using positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
• Complete all classroom paperwork accurately.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify opportunities and problems, collaborating with Lead teachers and Directors to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Experience in child care industry preferred.
