Essential Functions

1. Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Create a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
3. Maintain attractive displays and an updated Parent Board.
4. Implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
5. Manage effective classroom transitions.
6. Supervise children during activities; use positive discipline techniques.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
8. Complete all classroom paperwork accurately.
9. Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
10. Identify opportunities and resolve classroom or school issues with the Lead teacher and Director.
