Essential Functions

• Assist in managing the classroom, ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain attractive and current classroom displays and a Parent Board.
• Implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Manage effective classroom transitions and supervise children during activities, using positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Complete all necessary classroom paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify opportunities and resolve issues in the classroom or school in collaboration with the Lead Teacher and Director.

Qualifications

Experience in the child care industry is preferred.
