Essential Functions:

• Assist in managing classrooms, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Create a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Maintain attractive classroom displays and parent boards.
• Implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans in line with curriculum.
• Manage classroom transitions effectively.
• Supervise children during activities; use positive discipline techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the classroom environment.
• Complete all necessary classroom paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and classroom updates.
• Identify and address classroom or school issues collaboratively.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Experience in the child care industry is preferred.
