- Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.
- Proven experience serving on a school leadership team or equivalent.
- Valid State Teaching Certification.
- Current Certified Mentor status or commitment to earn mentor certification on hire.
- Growth mindset with attendance at all 10 specialized trainings.
Responsibilities
- Serve on the school leadership team to shape academic vision and goals.
- Act as a liaison between administration and staff to promote innovative practices.
- Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align with district goals.
- Attend mandated training sessions and translate changes into classroom strategies.
- Mentor new and developing educators and offer instructional coaching and co-teaching opportunities.
- Model advanced instructional strategies including tech integration and data-driven differentiation.
