Job summary

Crossover is seeking an experienced teacher-leader to co-run a full public-school classroom as a partner with a district-employed teacher. You will design student-centered projects, motivate learners, and model new practices in real time.

You bring at least 3 years of classroom leadership, a valid teaching license, and a track record of developing other educators. This is an in-person, full-time role in participating public schools in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as primary teacher in a public-school class of 20–30 students.
• Bachelor’s degree and a teaching license from any state.
• Experience leading or coaching other educators in a public-school setting.
• Experience designing and delivering project-based learning units from scratch.
• Ability to build classroom culture with ownership, accountability and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Run the classroom alongside a district teacher as a true partner.
• Build a student-led culture with clear goals and live data.
• Design and implement project-based learning workshops.
• Coach the partner teacher in action and share effective practices.
• Act on student data daily to adjust instruction and outcomes.
