Alpha is hiring to co-lead a full public-school classroom in Springfield, MA or Houston, TX. You will work alongside a district teacher to run the Alpha model, focusing on student motivation, culture, and hands-on project work rather than traditional lecturing.

You'll coach in real time, model new practices, and help a veteran educator build confidence in this transformative approach. In-person role with immediate benefits and a $100,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as the primary teacher responsible for a full-size public-school classroom.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing other educators in a public-school setting.
• Experience personally designing and delivering a project-based learning unit from the ground up.
• Demonstrated ability to build a classroom culture based on ownership, clear expectations, accountability, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to influence peers without formal authority.
• Must be willing and able to work in person at Springfield, MA or Houston, TX.

Responsabilités
