Job summary

Alpha is hiring teachers (guides) to co-own a full public-school classroom alongside a district teacher in Springfield, MA or Houston, TX. This role centers on motivation, culture, coaching, and hands-on skills, rather than lectures and worksheets.

You will model Alpha practices, coach in real time, and build confidence in your partner to gradually run more of the Alpha model. Great for experienced educators who want scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, or developing other educators in a public-school setting.
• Experience designing and delivering project-based learning units with clear objectives and assessments.
• Ability to model new practices and earn trust with experienced teachers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strong student outcomes in a full public-school classroom while helping a district teacher build capability to run Alpha's model independently.
• Co-create a student-led culture with clear goals, data use, and incentives to foster ownership and responsibility.
• Design original project-based workshops that develop future-ready skills with measurable mastery.
