Job summary

Starbucks Tea Partner position on the 2nd shift (M–F, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) involves operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring safety and quality, and recording production data. You will work in a fast-paced plant environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and material handling.

The role requires physical stamina, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow GMPs, food safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Production, operations or distribution background (1 year).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and unit conversions (metric to English).
• Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly.
• Able to lift 80 lb with team lifting.
• Basic computer skills to record production and print labels.
• Committed to safety, quality and sanitation standards.
• Must qualify to work in the oil room (hazardous materials).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and prevent incidents.
• Support food safety, legality and quality programs.
• Maintain product quality per GMPs and QA procedures; record measures.
• Perform equipment changeovers and troubleshoot jams.
• Assist with quality checks, bagging and labeling.
• Record production data and material usage in Oracle/records.
