Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a tea operator to run and maintain primary and secondary packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards. You will monitor processes, perform routine testing, and document results while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, hands-on experience with automated packaging equipment, and strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with automated packaging equipment preferred.
• Ability to run quality tests and analyze results.
• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and maintain automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using established solutions.
• Calibrate and validate testing equipment per specs.
• Record operational data and monitor product quality.
• Train new machine techs or operators as needed.
• Collaborate on product and equipment changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support food safety, quality programs, and procedures.
