Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Tea Machine Operator to operate and maintain automated packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will calibrate quality testing devices, perform testing, document data, and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality and minimal downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or US military service), experience with packaging equipment, and a focus on safety and process improvement. Training may be provided on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military service or equivalent.
• Experience operating manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Experience performing quality tests using analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain primary and secondary automated production equipment.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment and perform testing per specifications.
• Record operational and production data and monitor package quality.
• Train new machine techs or operators on procedures where needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support process improvement activities and safety compliance.
