Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Nevada is seeking a dedicated machine operator to operate and maintain primary and secondary packaging equipment in our manufacturing plant. You will ensure products meet quality standards and comply with safety guidelines.

Key duties include inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, calibrating quality testing devices, recording production data, and supporting changeovers and process improvements with a focus on reducing scrap and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; military service or equivalent acceptable.
• Experience operating manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Ability to perform quality tests and analyze data.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and maintain primary and secondary automated production equipment.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment and perform tests per specifications.
• Record production data and monitor package quality using analytical tools.
• Assist with product and equipment changeovers and support process improvements.
