Job summary

The University of Tennessee Knoxville’s College of Social Work seeks a Coordinator for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). Based in Gibson County, TN, the role supports non-custodial parents to overcome barriers to employment, promote stability, and foster active parenting.

Qualifications

Two years of customer/client case management experience; degree may be waived with two additional years.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Must have valid driver’s license and automobile with continuous coverage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with data management systems.

Responsibilities

Determine participant eligibility and assess barriers; refer for identified needs.
Develop individual action plans and provide one-on-one case management.
Maintain accurate records in TCSES, Apricot, Excel, etc.
Monitor child support eligibility, payments and program involvement.
Build partnerships with local agencies to assist with employment barriers.
Attend community interagency meetings to learn about resources.
