Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a regulatory/compliance professional to support certification activities, prepare TCB applications, and coordinate audits. You will maintain documentation, communicate results to clients, and work closely with the Program/Project teams.

Core responsibilities include compiling documents, updating tracking sheets, issuing opinions, and ensuring accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or relevant experience.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and certification processes.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect and perform cursory reviews on documents needed for certification and organize them in a job folder.
• Prepare applications for TCB technical review and complete admin checklists.
• Update the TCB Tracking Sheet to monitor applications processed.
• Provide applicants/customers/engineers details of technical review results (RTs).
• Save RTs and responses in the appropriate job folder and upload information when approved (FCC/Canada/MIC).
• Coordinate TCB projects and provide Billing Forecast to TCB Director; ensure billing in METrak.
