Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) based in Lancaster, PA seeks a Contract Administrator to manage the lifecycle of contracts across Eurofins US environmental units. You will ensure policy compliance, assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinate with legal, finance, and laboratories to support client requests and internal projects.

The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with corporate contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts.
• Maintain a contract filing system.
• Interpret contract provisions for managers and others.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
• Support development and implementation of contract tools and procedures.
• Gather information from laboratory management for projects and requests.
• Monitor contract compliance and address non‑compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for contractors and internal teams.
