Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking an on-site Operations Leader to manage daily ESL Environmental/Reliability laboratory activities in Santa Clara, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across customer projects. The role partners with engineering, sales, and leadership to drive efficiency, expand testing offerings, and maintain accreditation.

Travel between Santa Clara and Union City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Extensive experience in environmental testing and ESL environments.
• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and maintain electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of ESL Environmental/Reliability labs and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and equipment utilization with cross-functional teams.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding service offerings and improving throughput.
• Develop onsite ESL/Reliability teams and ensure technical knowledge across functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements and support audits.
• Work with vendors and leadership to maintain operational readiness and expansion plans.
