• Analyze electrical characteristics, reliability behavior, and process variations using simulation frameworks.
• Explore new device architectures, materials, and process options to support technology innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to translate simulation results into actionable recommendations.
• Automate simulation workflows and improve efficiency using scripting languages (Python, etc.).
