The role emphasizes collaboration with industry leaders, tackling complex application challenges, and delivering high-fidelity simulations for stable, high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Education & background: PhD or MS with 5+ years of research/industry experience in EE, applied physics or related fields.
• Semiconductor fabrication/process knowledge: etch, deposition, CMP, epitaxy, ion implantation, annealing, etc.
• Semiconductor metrology, device physics, and DTCO understanding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Calibre R&D team to develop groundbreaking tools for semiconductor process and device simulations.
• Advance modeling and numerical simulations across advanced nodes (FinFET, 3D NAND, TSV, etc.) to support high-volume manufacturing.
