You will focus on the implementation stages (Synthesis and PnR) of the digital reference flow. Additionally, you will lead the adoption of next-generation automation tools, including AI/ML-driven DSE (Design space exploration)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TCAD device and process simulations (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus) to support device design and technology development.
• Develop and calibrate simulation models using experimental data and physical parameters.
• Analyze electrical characteristics, reliability behavior, and process variations using simulation frameworks.
• Explore new device architectures, materials, and process options to support technology innovation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to translate simulation results into actionable recommendations.
• Automate simulation workflows and improve efficiency using scripting languages (Python, etc.).

Requirements:

Practical experience with TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, etc.).

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics (MOSFET, power devices, memory, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced device technologies, such as:
• Hands‑on experience in semiconductor fabrication or characterization.
• Knowledge of process simulation (implant, diffusion, oxidation, etching, deposition).
