Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to advance DRAM technology through advanced modeling and device physics.

You will develop and apply semiconductor models to guide process development and scaling in a fast-paced R&D environment adjacent to a manufacturing footprint. The role emphasizes TCAD/Silvaco/Sentaurus tool usage, experimental validation, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple engineering teams to deliver predictive insights for future memory

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
Experience using modeling and simulation to guide process development.
Ability to design experiments and analyze results with statistics.
Experience correlating simulation results with experimental or silicon data.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply semiconductor process and device models to guide process development decisions.
Utilize TCAD, Silvaco, and other modeling tools to understand device behavior and scaling opportunities.
Design experiments and analyze results using statistical analysis software.
Correlate simulation results with experimental and silicon data to improve model accuracy.
Work cross-functionally with Process Integration, Process Development, Device Engineering, Yield, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
