Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Management (TBM) Office Lead to drive the adoption and strategic use of IBM Apptio, optimizing technology investments and enhancing business value. The role acts as product owner and change agent, promoting transparency and accountability across IT and finance.

You will lead TBM deployment, develop actionable insights from Apptio dashboards, and align technology spending with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in TBM, Apptio, and IT financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM Office and Apptio deployment to track and optimize IT costs.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and business units to align technology spending with strategy.
• Develop insights with Apptio dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Data integration to ensure accurate TBM reporting across systems.
• Drive TBM best practices, change management, and stakeholder education.
